I am complaining about the surbiton costa coffee shop, as yesterday I was meeting with friends & the staff member a guy was hoovering at 5.30 then started to mop the floor & didn't close until 6pm. Another also felt had to leave due to noise of hoover. The friends I was with were annoyed that we felt we had to leave. We won't be meeting in that branch of costa again. The staff should until closed as is health & safety issue if example tripped over wire on hoover & a wet floor. The staff member had a sign when mopping but was not in clear view.
