I would like to know why milk is $0.99 a gallon in Owensboro, ky and $ 5.00 in tarentum, pa and $2.27 in spring branch Texas. I feel this is price gouging in Pennsylvania. I am very disappointed in Walmart. families are struggling to make ends meet and Walmart should recognize that.
