I misplaced my rebate card from Coopervision. When I found it, it had expired after only six months. I contacted Coopervision and asked them to reactivate or reissue the card. They refused. I think the short amount of time the card is valid is not an acceptable policy and is misleading. It seems like a way for the company to get out of paying the funds promised.
