My name is Gwen Kohout. I purchased a mini refrigerator online from Conn's Plus on September 3rd. I received an email on September 4th stating that the refrigerator was out of stock until October 20th. I needed a refrigerator immediately since my main one in my house went out on me. I called the following day September 5th told them to cancel my order and I wanted a refund. It is September 12th and I've still yet to receive my refund from Conn's Plus. I've never had a problem receiving my refund immediately back to my credit card or but then a few days at the latest. I do not understand why it is taking so long. I purchase the product I do not have canceled my order and I should be receiving my refund immediately. Conn's plus is a joke. The customer service is ridiculous. I do not recommend doing any business with this company! I want my money back immediately! If it is not in my account tomorrow I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
