I bought the shoes around 3 years ago Clarks Sliema Malta store and do not have a VAT receipt as it has long been binned. The shoes was only used occasionally and the top leather/Gortex is still impeccable. Yesterday I noticed that the soles are getting detached and the foam part to which the rubber is attached is disintegrating. I do not expect shoes from such a brand to end up with disintegrated soles. I would appreciate a remedy as it is such a waste to dump the shoes that are still impeccable.
