I made monthly payments and then an appliance needed repair and they could not repair it (this was a four month period) Calls to home protection brought no results (hours on hold-documented-to speak to Mohammed who can't speak English) Product was to be replaced, they did not replace it, I bought one on the Citi card and expect Sears to Pay for it as was agreed in my protection plan. I have all documents, letters, notarized entries and phone logs to go to court. Your idiots in South Dakota and Idaho are useless.
