in December 2020, Chrysler Capital had taken money out of my account when the vehicle was paid off. they have failed to reimburse me 4 months later after multiple attempts. They said a check was cut and sent to a dealership and told me to contact them for their error for reimbursement. this has been theft out of my account and they still have failed to reimburse and now its March 2021. I requested managerial assistance and they still have not resolved the issue. I have talked to multiple people at their office and they keep passing me around. if reimbursement has not been paid a lawsuit will be filed for theft/not approved transaction.
