I have been trying to get Chrysler Capital to properly allocate my payments to my account for months. They refused to apply property tax payments I made to actual property tax and then ignored other payments saying I owe money, but charged my bank account. They keep sending the issue to "the accounting department" and do not resolve the issue even with me calling over 8 times. Each time there is no resolution and get no help.
