There was a recall apparently on my Chrysler emblem on steering wheel because of airbag. Took my vehicle to Drayton Valley Alberta shop for some work and they removed it... No notification just ripped my vehicle apart. Unbelievable. Then they say they have no emblem to replace this. I am livid... Horrible thing to do to a customer. Rip their vehicle apart without any knowledge... I want someone to replace what they have damaged... Absolutely horrific to have this happen to me.
