CHOWKING OMAN- Long Time of Food Waiting Lousy and Poor Service and Not Organized

Chowking Oman - Friday July 30, 2021. INV # AKC-2117842 . My partner ordered food at 11:37am. Bulalo, Steamed Rice, Halo-halo Premium, and Iced Tea.( Dine-in). At the same time I ordered at Jollibee. We are able to find a table at Chowking so I told the cashier to deliver at Chowking. It was delivered 5 mins after. My partner was told by the cashier of chowking she should wait 20 mins. After 30 mins, I asked her where is your food. So, She go to the cashier to follow-up the food. Because she saw that the lady behind her when she was ordering already got their food. She was told by the crew that her food was still cooking (Bulalo). She waited beside the cashier for 15 mins. Then after waiting, she came come back to the table without the food. I was upset so I go to the crew at the front. And told them ''Ayaw ko mag mura dito, asekasohin nyo ito kung hindi mag file ako nag Complaint''. After 5mins I was called to get the food. But to my surprised it was packed and was ready for Take-Out. So, I called the Supervisor and told him that Why it was packed?(The food was already cold and the Halo-halo already melted.) We order for Dine-in and not for Take-Out. He told me that the food was still Hot because it was covered by Aluminum Foil and I was told ''Wag ka na mag mura Sir, Tayo-tayo lang naman mga Filipino alam mo naman ang daming mga customer''. He get the receipt with the Halo-halo and told us He will make a new Halo-halo. We ate and after few minutes my partner informed them of our Halo-Halo. And again to my surprised He didn't make a new one instead he only put it in the fridge. After we finished eating I ask for the receipt. He could not find the original receipt instead He printed out a duplicate receipt. To the Management please check your CCTV for more details.
