Rice was not cooked! Crunchy!! They ran out of chicken. Also my order was placed via mobile app and had to wait an hour in the store in line from them to prepare it when it was my turn in line. Very disappointed with the service and it was not ready for pick up when I got there and then I had to wait in line and they fixed my order when it was my turn in line. Too much!!!
