My airconditioner quit on 21st July in the middle of Texas Heat - 97F outdoors with heat rising above 100F inside the house. CHW assigned Quality HVAC for 28th July, 2021 giving me and my family no choice but to stay at nearby Courtyard Kingwood for 3 nites; and call my own Deerwood Air Solutions to replaced the 18-years old non-working components in the attic which were installed by the house builder in 2003. CHW has now refuse reimbursement even though CHW has failed to provide full and timely repair or replacement .
