Had a hot water heater go out and flood my basement. They send a tech out days later to look at. Tech as to submitted a claim. After that they need to receive hot water tank from warranty company putting us without hot water for a week. I paid out of pocket to get it installed sooner. They won't reimburse any cost at all. Even what they would of paid the tech. This is the second and last time I will be scammed by them. Previously I had a oven go out that cost me $2200 dollars to replace. They said that they would give me $400.
