I joined for three months and was sent no valid matches. I called and complained about the system and the way they matched. They sent me a survey form and ask if I would renew when my subscription was up or would I refer Chemistry.com I said no . Now I can not access my account. My subscription has not expired. I have two months left. I use other sites and I do not have these issues with the other sites. Chemistry.com does not seem to want people to contact each other contact . They billed my Visa in full for the three months. Thank-you
