Pay and unfairness to employees

1

I just recently resigned from checkers. One reason being the director of operations Had problems numberious employees money and didn't fulfill the agreement. After the employees quit they all found out that their last check was reduced to $7.25 because they didn't give a 2 weeks notice. Is this legal. Because I've worked over 70 hours at salary and two store locations and was told my check was going to be dropped. Not the fact that I've relocated to take the job to be milipanated offered more money and promise extra money for working on my off days. That I've yet to see. We also was told we couldn't file exempt on our tax forms if we wasn't in college. Something has to be done about this. It isn't fair for anyone to work hard and After resigning last check gets cut to 7.25 Especially when you're salary making 1615.00
