On 23 June 2021 @ 3:45 PM CST, a CenterPoint Energy Gas/electric line-marker (who later identified himself as Ricky) arrived at my house, banging on my front door. When my wife spoke through the door for him to introduce himself, he became obnoxious and disrespectful to my wife claiming that she disrespected him by not opening the door immediately. Following this outburst, he still failed to identify himself or the reason for his arrival. Instead he began threatening my wife to depart without doing the job as "he would be paid regardless." Throughout the ordeal, he continued to be sarcastic and unprofessional towards my wife. I have captured this exchange on our doorbell dash and was also on the phone with my wife as this took place.
