I bought a laptop at Cash Crusaders Maponya Mall in January 2021. In April I started complaining about the laptop. And eventually took it back to the store. To my surprise, no records of my complains have been brought or recorded in their books. The sales available to support my complains and the manager Molefe is excluding the warranty period that I have been complaining within. Considering that I have been in guaranteed due to 4 family deaths. I had to buy a charger that I understand as the sales lady told me that the warranty does not cover but not the issue is the laptop is not working. This is really not acceptable, why do I have to spend my money on something that was reported before but no records, worse the sales person is no longer working there to support my story.
