Hi my name is Itumeleng Tuge, contact number [protected], email:[protected]@gmail.com.I noticed my unit was not tested as per norm for the past 3 months or more, so I called on Monday to report it. A repair enquiry was logged and I was told a technician will contact me. It's Friday today no one has called me, I wasted R50 airtime for the past two trying to follow up. Your agents are not helping and can't even connect me to the right department. When I eventually get to repairs my call is taken but agents are having a conversation. I am not sure Quality Assurance is conducted at your company and am driving a high risk car to give up. I have been with your company for over 2years and its my first complaint. I will move to Matrix
