I reported a problem with our unit in vehicle BS54RDGP this morning at 07h48 (6min 41 sec). We had a battery tampering on Tuesday 15 Jun 2021 at about 13h00 with no call back. The request was to phone back when the operator is on the line so that he can check the battery tampering. Spoke to cartrack again at 10h55 (9min 41 sec) to check what was requested of me. I was told that my query will be transferred to the technical department that will make contact. No contact and I had to phone again at 03:22pm. I was put on hold for 6 min 5 seconds after which I dropped the call. Your call centre service is pathetic to say the least. The operators are unfriendly and does not really want to assist.
