An online order I made on the 3rd of April 2021

I have made an order on the 3rd of April with order number: [protected] and I didn't receive it till this moment and I have fully pay it via credit card. I called the customer service on the 5th of April and they told me that I will receive my order during the same day and they didn't send it. I called the customer service on the following days: 6/7/10/11/12 of April I didn't receive my order until this moment!! I also would like to report that customer service agent ''Hany" was very rude during the call on Monday the 12th of April at 1400, and he put me on hold for 53 minutes!! I told him to put me through the team manager to help me, but he told me that he's not available as he has another calls . II am really pissed off, this is really unprofessional!!!
