Hello, I have purchased LG washer FH2J3QDNP0 after visiting Carrefour shop at century mall in Fujairah and it was displayed with 5 start rating but when i received the same item with same model number was mentioned as a 4 star. Why there was a difference? I had already four start rating washer from samsung for improve i have purchased LG washer with 5 star rating. So please investigate, i have attached the receipt and start rating photo took from the washer.
