On the 28th of June 2021 I elected to pursue the purchase of your item stock # [protected]. I applied for CaxMax financing and was approved. I requested that the car to be shipped to my location and was informed that it could take up to 7 days for transit. Its been 12 days now, and on one can tell me when the car will be available. I've called or test every day and it seems that no knows or cares. I was told I'd receive a call to day form a manager but that did not happen. You costumer care service has hit the bottom of all my prior dealings with any auto dealership. There seems to be no concern about my needs.
