November Vacation WG7B8E

I am waiting for a promised refund for my trip for my trip WG7B8E. JFK to MBJ. 11-20-2020 in the amount of $964.38. When the trip was cancelled in mid November 2020. I was assured by your agent that my refund would take 30 to 60 days for processing. I have notified express-b105579">American Express on this date that I have not received any communication to date. One month ago I spoke to your agent and was assured it was still being processed??? This needs to be addressed now. Not receiving this money is causing a hardship as I am not working due to the pandemic. Please hear my plea.
