Date:07/26/2021 To: Caribbean Airlines Refund Department. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I the undersigned am hereby filing a complaint about the unusual long waiting time for my refund. I have requested my money back for a very long period now. To date haven't received my refund on tickets I purchased since the last year 2020. I have called the office many times about my request and everytime an agent keeps saying it has gone for process and, that may take a little longer because of the high volume of refunds requested. To date, I haven't received any positive word about when I will obtain my refund. I have read the refund statement online and it has stated 7 to 20 business days. I am not traveling anywhere now and I need all my money back. I am prepared to go further to get my money back. It has been long enough and if I don't get a response from Caribbean Airlines, I have no other choice but to seek alternative assistance.
