On thE 16 JULY 2021 at about 12:20 PM contacted auto service at: Canadian Tire 24 Forest Hills Parkway Dartmouth, NS B2W 6E4 AUTO CENTRE: [protected] Was booking an oil/filter change for my KIA Sorento. Talking to the individual he said Tues 20 July 2021 at 10:00 had an opening. Gave him my cell # which I said was an Ontario number, I was in town from out of province. I started coughing I put my hand in front of my mouth so I could hear, since he kept talking while I was coughing, He said to cover the phone since my coughing was hurting is ears. Told him I was trying to do so, he ask what type of vehicle I was s driving told him KIA SORENTO. He just hung up on me, shows no respect or compassion. I'm moving back to Nova Scotia.
