This product is garbage! From day one we put it together and the warming rack locks backwards and falls out! The centre propane element lights but due to continuously getting airlock we have to use the barbeque lighter to light the other two sides I know it is cheap but come on. Anyway we have emailed the company and complained only to get hit with more questions, I just emailed them that it's in the trash where it belongs. Due to our last review on the ridiculous outcome of our vehicle strut installation quote that got doubled and head office would not honer it. We still tried to support Canadian tire, not again! will not be shopping for anything at Canadian tire thought you should know.
