I was told the package could not fit through the mail slot, so I opened and addressed the issue so the package could be mailed, asking the employee to be careful, because it was an iPhone without a phone case. after paying I paid for my label, I was leaving, and turned back to ask a question to see her drop my package from shoulder hight into an empty drawer.
