Calibration of pumps

Please note that upon filling up at my usual Caltex Station in Balmain NSW I noticed the calibration of the pump is not accurate and NOT in the customers favour. I always fill my vehicle at this station as I live locally however I will not do so if I feel I am being taken advantage of. This is disappointing, however there may be a legitimate reason?
