I am very disappointed I am a loyal diamond plus player that comes from Pennsylvania to play at Harrahs in Atlantic City I get very few comps and amenities even though we have some of the best casinos near my home. I have not received a comp booklet in the last two months (July or August) I come to Harrahs at least once a month. On my last visit Jul 2021 I missed out on the Liquor giveway and the Illusions show because of the booklet not be sent I would appreciate getting my August 2021 booklet since I will be coming down on Aug. 6, 2021.
