The Burger King in Shorter, AL this makes the 3rd time a n the last 2 weeks we could not get any service, 1st time the computers were down couldn't take any orders, 2nd time was Friday morning @ 6:15am sat at the drive thru for 10min no one acknowledged we were at the window & today @ 4:00pm the girl came on and said she was sorry she could not take any orders she was waiting for help to come in, let me advise you there were 5 cars parked by the door it had to be employees vehicles due to not letting people inside how many people does it take to cook in that place? Needless to say we will not attempt to go there again, this place is located by the interstate people sorry it's not going to be open much longer with poor customer service that I e experienced in the last 2-3 weeks!! I will tell people about this place!!!😡
