I am complaining about the length of time I waited in line via drive thru.. 20 min. and poor quality food. My wrapper on my Whoppers were falling off, no lettuce on both Whoppers which were cold.. My onion rings were like the bottom of a bag and so small. I received no apologies after waiting in my car.The French fries were hit and my whopper junior was also cold. I use to manage a Burger King years ago and this is disappointing me. This is my 2nd time and I decided to complain.
