I was told to wait a while longer. I called back around three weeks after that conversation and was told there is nothing they can do and to wait. I called today and was told Bryland Home can not make adjustments after 60 days. The adjustment should been made. The total cost including shipping and handling $222. My credit is $200 so I am being charged for and item I have not received and having negative on my credit report.
