We paid for 3 nights B & B arrival 20/08/21 Departure 20/08/21 only to find many items on buffet not available each morning. This included bacon, fried eggs & beans each morning. No pastries, no butter for toast every morning. No milk most mornings. Milk dispenser was unclean with bits coming out when you tried to pour milk. No supervisors to complain to. When we joined the queue at reception was told the manager wasn't in till late, but we could e-mail head office with our complaints.
