Failed transaction and Non refund

Hi, I had transferred $1350 to their SBM branch Mumbai on Jul 30th. Though the beneficiary details that I had provided was perfect, same as a previous successful transaction last year, this transaction was reported as failed due to invalid beneficiary details. I was expecting the refund atleast, and it's been close to a month of following up with multiple emails, and no one dares to get back or even pick up a call. On top of this, they wanted to deduct almost Rs 12K from the refund amount. Pathetic customer service. I request to go with regular banks though the conversion rate is higher, atleast you can talk to someone there to get things resolved. To BookMyForex team - my order id - FX2244914126332.
