They substituted my order without letting me know.

If you read their policies it does state that. BUT not when you order. I selected the beer and nuts and got beer and candy. The person I was getting them for is diabetic. Reached out and they said "Sorry, they will substitute an equal value for the order but may not be similar. Please use code xxx for a 15% off your next order" If you are not getting what is shown. What is the point of being able to select something if they are just going to substitute it with something else without letting you know?
