Order- BBB3750258045 I received a new Nespresso machine and coffee. The box of coffee was completely destroyed, and none of the pods were salvageable due to the bar codes being destroyed or the pod actually being broken. This was delivered on 1/16. 1/17- Online chat and sent photos. I was told a replacement was being expedited 2/1- Online chat I was told there was an error with the replacement and it would be expedited 2/4- online chat to verify replacement was on the way because I had not received a refund 2/14- Called customer service-Send photos again- They said it was not properly done and she assured me the replacement was being sent 2/18- Called customer service as I still have not received an email or the product. As of right now they are issuing me a refund. Will I receive it???
