Registration difficulty

While registering myself as bartleby expert I am not getting subject options for selecting the preferred subject expert. This is happening since today morning. What should I do now? I am attaching the screenshot of the issue what I am trying to describe. Instead of giving subject options blue underline is being shown. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
