Nook 10.1 tablet
2
I purchased the 10.1 tablet in Sept 2019( SN60003650003735). In May 2020 it quit charging due to the female connector inside the device being defective. You sent me a new one. Yesterday the exact same thing happened to the replacement. B&N rep said the warranty is from the date of original purchase. That is wrong. When you send a replacement due to a defective device, the 1 year warranty should begin over again on the new device, especially since its obvious there is a problem with the connection inside this particular device. I have spent thousands of dollars with your company and am extremely disappointed in you. Unfortunately, I can't opt to go with a different brand of e reader because I will lose access to the 1500+ books I have purchased from B&N.
