excessive overdraft and account fees
2
In the last 30 days I have received well over $1, 000 in overdraft fees. I was previously unemployed for a short period and it caused my account to overdraw. BOK would reject charges and then charge overdraft fees. Debits would hit my account, be charged a $32.50 fee and rejected, only to hit my account again the following day and charged another $32.50. Neither time was it paid just rejected and charged. As a consumer, when Im already struggling the last thing that will help is my banking institution charging me more money just to do nothing. I have called and asked for help and received 8 fees back. In the grand scheme of things you would thing that your bank could be in your corner and assist rather than hinder. I would like a refund of my fees a and and this would help me correct the account and move forward in a positive manner, If I can't get help through this channel, I will have to take it to the Better Business Burea, its just a poor practice and a way for the bank to take money for the working class people.
