About pick up service!

Dear Customer service, My confirmation number is 07855469US6 under Elton Koo. Pick up date 7/18-25.2021. When I called to reconfirm my pick up time, your staff told me that they don't provide pick up service in their location. But when I made this reservation by phone, your colleague confirmed with me that my pick up location within 5 miles to the rental car location. There is no extra charge and can provide the pick up service. And because of this, I didn't book through booking.com to rent a car. If I rent your car through booking.com, the booking cover all the basic insurance, but make reservation direct from your company. All the insurance is not covered. Right now, I need to call an Uber to the rental car location in Universal's Lowe's Royal Pacific Resort. Also, when I called in this morning, your staff is not helpful and didn't provide any solution on my issue at all. If this is the standard of the customer service that your company have been practice. I won't consider to rent from your company anymore! Please investigate on my case, and reply me as soon as possible! This issue really ruin my vacation. Suppose I want to make another reservation on 7/29-8/6/2021. with the promotion you send to me. Now, I need to reconsider to rent from other company.
