On March 8, 2021 I placed an order with AvasFlowers for a Gourmet Delights Basket. Order number #8007768. I paid in full $115.47 for the basket. Once I hung-up with the company, I received an email from them asking me too please call them back immediately. I called them back right away. At this time they informed me that they could not provide me with the Gourmet basket and asked if I would like a floral arrangement instead. At this point I said " no thank you and that I would like the order canceled". After some complaining and harsh words, AvasFlowers finally agreed to cancel the order but informed me that I would only get $95.55 back and not my $115.47. They said the $19.95 was the 1 day delivery fee... they DID NOT DELIVER anything! I don't understand why I am being charged a delivery fee!!! The order was canceled immediately!
