Traded in iPhone 8 about 9 months ago mailed it back in the box the new iphone 12 came in, come to find out the email that att sent me went to spam folder so didn't now that a return box was being sent out so for the past 7 months I've been on the phone with representatives trying to get this resolved.during that time I provide the trade in phone ime# [protected] they said it was sent to the wrong warehouse give it a couple of weeks it been months every one i talk to don't want to deal wit this anymore what i would like to see is this problem taking care of.
