yes..on yesterday i visited one of your stores in the lakewood area...store #0413..i ordered what i have always ordered from your menu..called the super roast beef...now i guess they call it a "classic"...but it used to come automatically with lettuce and tomato..and the secret sauce...there's nothing on the menu sign in the drive thru...that states whether or not if this has changed...and to add to that...not knowing if my sandwich had the secret sauce...i asked for some extra "arby's sauce"...i only have 30 minutes...i try to breakaway a little early jus to get the food i want...to go down the road...and not have what i ordered in my bag...really made me "POED"...now i have to waste the rest of my lunch, going back to the restaurant to get this fixed...your manager for that store Edith Bustos...or the manager on staff at the time...(1130hrs)..did not even offer any compensation for "THEIR" mistake...she jus offered me some packets of arby's sauce...showed no customer service concerns whatsoever...normally when a business makes a mistake...they usually compensate the customer with something...been going to this particular one for well over 20 years..even during this pandemic...and to be treated like i was yesterday...does not make me a regular customer anymore...and along with that..the best commercial in the world..."WORD OF MOUTH"...and i have an abundance of people i know...that "will" get the word on the service that this store provides...
