I dropped my shipment (Documents - 0.1 kg) On August 3rd. 2021 to Aramex office in Cairo to send it to Russia..They informed me that it will take a maximum of 5 days to be delivered...I am astonished today when I got an update that the shipment will be delivered on(August 14th.) to its destination. Upon contacting the customer services agent, one of them told me that the shipment reached GFK in the US then it will be sent to Russia!!! Upon contacting another customer services agent, He told me that the shipment is currently in Dubai and will be sent to Russia!!! Vey Unprofessional company..No credibility...Fake commitments...collecting money with no follow up..Careless about the clients. Aramex is a big SHAME on the courier services industry...
