Delayed shipments/Poor Service.

I haven't receive my package, aramex re scheduling my shipment without notifying me, i put a schedule where i can receive my package and convenient for me, but no one contacted me on the expected date and time of arrival. Now, how can they possibly send me this package? I have work now in the morning and i'll be at home by the evening, my schedule is changing, they should not delay packages where its convenient for them and not for their costumers. Costumers should be the priority because they are the reason why the company still existing. So disappointed with aramex services. Really disappointed.
