It has become common for products ordered on Prime to be late!! I have one item "out for delivery" at 10PM which won't be delivered and it happens all the time. Lost items which are becoming more common, are not refundable until 4 days late. Fed up with Amazon. Going to buy EVERY item I can locally rather than Amazon because their service has deteriorated so much.
