Furniture not delivered as per contract, calls not returned

Allegiance referred me to United Pro Moving for my June 14th move from Rochester NY to Charlotte NC. As they were loading, Pro Moving told me it could take up to a month for my furniture to arrive. I was given the option of purchasing expedited service for $1, 000 which would guarantee delivery by Monday June 21st. I took this option. On Monday June 21st I started calling both Allegiance and Pro Moving to find out status of my move. Neither company has returned my multiple messages, and today June 23rd I have no idea where my stuff is.
