Alvin Murry 138 Midway Drive Hueytown, Al after paying the power bill on March 13th with a Alabama power customer service representative my service was disconnected. The Service Tech came out to the home on March 15 to disconnect the service and I spoke with the tech and explained that the bill had been paid. The same Tech came back the following day and disconnected the service on the 16th. I was told the service would be restored within 24 hours and that has not happened. When I moved into this property I was told to pay the bill using Simple Bill which I have paid the bill with them too on March 3rd 2021. At this point the power has been disconnect for over 24 hours and my food is starting to spoil and I have been told several different times the service will be restored. At this point I need some immediate assistance. As I have personally gone to Alabama Power in person to speak with someone and still no resolve. I showed them the lease and the utility agreement saying the bill will be handled through Simple Bill and still no resolve. I need some assistance with this issue. I was told today that the service would be restored today and still again no resolve. I need this issue resolved.
