I noticed cashiers taking more than 20 minutes for one customer. It usually takes around 45 min - 1 hour for us to deposit/with draw cash from the bank. Service provided is very poor in quality and standards. I noticed cashiers taking more breaks in between servicing each and every customers. This is really frustrating and is not professional at all. Most, who comes to the bank are working professionals, the Bank and its staff should know that professionals like us have no time for their leisure activities.
