After PayPal contacted them or you, I did get a promising "message" asking for the information that I have above in the letter, I again typed it out and sent it but got a "form" letter again with choises of ...for presales only...this form will not connect for any other questions ! So I cannot even send them what they claim they want. Please help me, I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to lose all this money! I need my items that I ordered or I need my money back.
